Business New Zealand Chiefs says SME's without a website are "missing out'
Business New Zealand Chief Executive Phil O'Reilly published that SME's in New Zealand without a website are "missing out"
Reported by Fairfax NZ News on 2 May 2014 at Stuff.co.nz - Phil says: "Without having some sort of website presence or ignoring it you increasingly put your business at risk and lock yourself out from those opportunities."
Construction and trade f irms lag with ony a third having presence. Hospitality and retail has two-thirds; Primary Sector a quarter; and Manufacturing/wholesalesaler lead the way at 80 per cent.

There is a loss of image and accessibility to searching clients and new prospects without a presence. Maree is conscious that the cultural creatives and self-employed consultants probably also lag.
